Just to make it clear, I was never a fan of NKOTB. Hehehe. It’s just that being the only boy with three sisters in the 80′s and early 90′s, I was exposed to the boy-band phenomenon which I think started with NKOTB. Well not to discount Menudo but NKOTB was the N-Sync during that era.

Anyway, there are news (or rumors?) that they are staging a reunion soon. Maybe they saw the success of the Spice Girls reunion recently that they wanna try it out as well. They even put the site (www.nkotb.com) back up after years of being offline.

Kilala niyo pa ba yung mga miyembro ng New Kids on the Block? Ano na nga ba ang nangyari sa kanila?

NKOTB, where are they now?

From left to right:

Joey - The youngest in the group tried to pursue a solo career but didn’t pan out too well. He also tried acting and was a teacher in the show Boston Public. Sumali din nga pala sya sa Dancing with the Stars nung 2006.

Jonathan – The eldest in the group and Jordan’s brother is now in his 40′s and works as a real estate broker

Jordan – The lead singer of the band tried going solo but didn’t really made a splash in the music scene.

Donnie - Mark Wahlberg’s brother went to acting and was part of HBO’s Band of Brothers series. He also was the skinny guy who shot Bruce Willis in the movie Sixth Sense.

Danny - Yung mukhang unggoy sa pinakadulo sa kanan is part of the band D-Fuse and successfully kept himself low profile.
