Another sub-par performance by Ramiele Malubay

For the nth time, Ramiele did not amaze the judges and the fans. She sang Alone by Heart which is a very big song but unfortunately, her voice failed her. You can hear her just shouting instead of being in tune. I don’t think her outfit looks good on her as well. Makes her look real short and fat.

I would guess that she’d be on the bottom three tomorrow along with Chikezie or Syesha and Kristy Lee Cook although she sang well. Oh well, I trust the Filipino fans in the US to keep her from being eliminated.

The theme was songs from the contestant’s birth year and the most notable performances of the night were Michael John’s We Will Rock You / We Are the Champions and David Cook’s version of Billy Jean which were commended by the judges. Be sure to check them out.

the first part was ok but it all went downhill in the chorus. this wasn’t a good song choice for ramiele. i expect she’ll be in the bottom three but i think she will still survive. hopefully. :-)

calvin: hehe may tama ka. buhay pa ang pambato naten.

it’s definitely way better than her live performance. I just wish she sang it like this last performance night. she would have drawn raves. i think she has the potential to be a great recording star but she still needs to polish her performance. go ramiele :-)

I heard it na, thanks! too bad her voice left her on crunch time. her studio version is flawless and people should know that she could really sing well. i hope she’d gain more confidence next time.
