The Latest on Brian Gorrell

For those of you who aren’t updated on what’s happening with Brian Gorrell and his blog, here’s a summary since last week.
- People have been donating to his cause via Paypal or bank deposit and it’s really picking up. Imagine, $1.6k in just one day? The post about is has been removed though. This does not include the revenue he’s generating from adsense.
- He wrote about Ana Kalaw who writes for Philippine Star as well as FHM and also a model for Rustan’s. The libelous post has been removed though.
- He underwent a series of interviews. From ABS-CBN TV Patrol, Korina Sanchez and also a radio interview for Good Times with Mo of Magic 89.9. On a side note, he will be a regular guest in the mean time on Good Times with Mo every Wednesday at 7:30 AM.
- There’s also an interview with Kitty Go, the Pinay socialite who’s now living in Hong Kong and who wrote a couple of books about problems in Manila’s high society is also supporting Brian.
- Sydney Morning Herald finally wrote about Brian’s story.
- Google is going to shutdown his blog once and for all. He doesn’t know when but he already received info about it from Google.
- He now has a YouTube channel which serves as his video blog.
Again, Google will remove his blog so if you’re a die hard fan, now is the time to make a backup of his blog. Also, bookmark Brian Gorrell’s YouTube channel in case he moves toward podcasting instead. Tough luck for those who are in dial up.

anyway,there are other Filipinos who are skeptical about him,me included,there are so many loopholes in his stiry and he has now shown his true color by ranting against Filipinos and everything about the Philippines,by the way,please visit this site so you can see what i am talking about,a lot of stuff out there about brian is posted there,we are actually conducting background check on gorrell.

I kinda lost interest in this whole Brian thing. There’s nothing new and nothing’s gonna happen with his cause. The whole thing is simply becoming a money-making site which is not really bad if that is really your purpose.
Like the others, I also think him posting the Vicente Sotto Hospital video is NOT a smart move. It just made other people shy away from his blog.
If he has to resort to making some anonymous comments on his blog just to keep the comments section rolling, then it means he’s losing traffic.
Try this, look for comments with GO TEAM BRIAN (all caps) and see if you can find any similarities on the choice of words and how they are composed.
Like others as well, I really can’t support your cause because of the .blogspot.com in your URL. It makes people think that you only want traffic to help your blog make money. Put it in a wordpress.com and people might just believe you.
