Use Wordpress.com’s RSS Widget to promote your other sites
Some of you may not be contented with just one blog. You may have blogs for different topics, or you may have blogs in different platforms such as Blogger, multiply, etc.
If you want to promote your other blogs on your Wordpress.com one, a nice little widget called RSS may just be the thing you are looking for (see my left sidebar). With this nifty lil widget, you can display the recent posts of your less popular blogs in your sidebar for promotion (provided you know the RSS feed link).
Just like what I did with my blog in Blogger. I highlighted my recent posts from that blog to this one which is getting more views. In return, that blog is getting additional hits from here.
It’s easy to use as well. Just add the widget to your sidebar, point the URL to your feed link and change the settings to suit your need. There you go! Hope you find this tip useful.
