How to improve your vision naturally

If you’re suffering from near or farsightedness, astigmatism or maybe Computer Vision Syndrome, do you want to correct it somehow? What would you do? There are a number of ways to improve vision.

PRESCRIPTION GLASSES

There’s always the prescription glasses that you have to wear most of the time until your next eye checkup but only to find out that your condition did not improve at all. My eyesight was 75 – 50 which is not bad but I had a hard time driving to unfamiliar places where I have to look at the street names. I tried glasses but I can’t get myself to wear it most of the time until I just gave up on it. Last checkup early this year showed that my sight is now at 75 – 75. Not effective for me.

LASIK SURGERY

So what’s usually the next course of action? Ahh Lasik or laser eye surgery. I know a number of people who had this procedure done but later on found out that it’s only a temporary fix. I think it’s a waste of money considering Lasik’s expensive procedure. Not to mention the complications that may result from it which you would be made aware during consultation.

NATURAL WAY

Now where am I going with this? Well there’s another way… natural ways to improve vision. In the 1800′s, Dr. William Bates who was an ophthalmologist developed an eye exercise that can improve vision, without glasses. The Bates method is a stress-relief program that focuses on relaxation, breathing, posture to reduce tension in your eyes.

Just like when exercising to build mass or to tone your body, doing this regularly will improve eye vision. But like going to the gym, sometimes it’s easy to lose focus and interest doing the Bates method. Fortunately, for those of you who are lazy doing exercises, there’s an Improve Vision Kit that can help make these eye exercises a breeze and enjoyable.

IMPROVE VISION KIT

The Improve Vision Kit claims to to correct a number of eye problems naturally. You don’t have to concentrate on the eye exercises to improve vision. Their special glasses and computer program will allow the eye to exercise by itself.

Just by spending a few minutes daily with the program, you wouldn’t notice that you’re already exercising your eyes. After a few months, you should expect clearer, stronger and improved vision, gradually not needing stronger prescription glasses. But don’t take my word for it, I haven’t tried it although I’m a bit curious if it really works. So go ahead and try it out.

So before you plunge with Lasik surgery, give the less expensive Improve Vision a chance. They’ll give you a full year to try their product. If you’re not satisfied with the results, send it back and they’ll give you your money back no questions asked.
