Sta. Clara Ridge Inn is located in Pangpang, Sorsogon along National Highway. It’s close to where Maharlika and National Highways split. It is indeed a world class hotel. If you want a place to stay to ge a full rest, this is the place. The hotel itself is already one of the hidden treasures in Sorsogon. I stay there everytime I visit the Philippines to tour it’s nearby natural attractions. It won’t take long before this hidden treasure will be noticed by the crowd so I take all the time I have to enjoy this hotel. Happy stay!

hey apple. thanks for dropping by.

travel time from legaspi to donsol is only 1.5 hours so you have ample time to relax and maybe take a nap before going to see the fireflies. it has to be really dark to appreciate the fireflies. i hope youre planning to bring your own vehicle ‘coz it’s hard to find vans going to donsol by lunch time.

hey! you’re heaven sent! =) I’ve been planning my wedding anniversary on May and your blog is really a big help! I have a major problem in time management because we have to include CWC in Camarines Sur in our itinerary. We will be arriving in Legaspi at 8am and we will be leaving back to manila on the 4th day at around the same time. so we have 3 whole days and 3 nights there.

So far, I’m planning to go visit Cagsawa ruins first upon arrival and by lunch time, go straight to Donsol. Do you think its possible that we see the fireflies in the afternoon on the same day? Cause I’m planning to do the whale watching the next day and afterwards travel to Camarines Sur. So 2nd night will be at CWC. So on our 3rd day. we’ll be spending the whole day at CamSur. But in the evening, we have to travel back to Legaspi to stay for the night since our flight in the morning of the 4th day is quite early.

What do you think of my plans so far? =)

hi! there is,I’ve been there a couple of times,great place,friendly staff,world class standard.The trike drivers in Sorsogon will take care of you in going to that place. Also check out Fritzhomestay,they offer everything in exploring the hidden wonders of that southern paradise.Have a wonderful rendevouz with nature.

I’m not familiar with that place but we didn’t stay in Sorsogon City at all if that place is there.
