Calvin’s Hub

Yup! Exactly a year ago, I wrote my first post on this personal blog of mine. This is my way to connect to my friends online since I’m not fond of social networking sites. I also post helpful stuff here to share to other people and for my own reference as well in case I forget things. At first my posts were in Tagalog-English and some in pure Tagalog but eventually I switched to pure English for practice.

The name Calvin’s Hub was my wife’s idea. I wanted a name where I can post just about anything under the sun, just like Noee’s Nook. Since my wife also knew that I love Calvin and Hobbes, she suggested Calvin’s Hub. Brilliant!

Anyway, to celebrate the anniversary of my blog, I’ll be giving away a year’s worth of domain name to one lucky reader. Watch out for the contest details soon! I’m off to bed now.
