My Red Lenovo Beijing Olympics Limited Edition Notebook
I’m contemplating whether it’s time for me to get my own notebook or even just a netbook as a secondary computer since I blog a lot. My wife’s MSI notebook is too heavy to lug around so I’m looking for something light and compact.
Yesterday, I was fortunate enough to attend a small media event by Lenovo (makers of IBM ThinkPad) where they showcased their upcoming line of notebook and netbook computers. Well, there was only a handful of us on that event and Lenovo was kind enough to give each one of us a Red Beijing Olympics Limited Edition notebook as a parting gift. Woot!
It’s red, slim and compact and has the Beijing Olympics logo affixed on its cover. I took some pictures of it if you want to check it out.
Here’s the cover with some swirly accent and the Olympics logo. Sorry for the blurred shot.

Here’s the back panel if you’re interested. It’s still red.

When you open it up, you’ll get their unique default splash screen.

And when you open it up some more…

It’s simply just a notebook after all. Hehehe.
