How “jologs” can you get? I don’t know what’s the fascination of the Pinoy mass to songs that were translated almost literally to Filipino. Take for example the song Umbrella by Rihanna. There’s a Tagalog version of it titled “Payong” and it is still a hit even today as you can occasionally hear it being played over the radio. Actually, I heard the song first in one othe variety shows being sang by no less than KC Concepcion.
