At this time of the year, you would expect lots of candies for kids who are out trick or treating. We had a trick or treat earlier at the office and because of our area being really scary for kids, some do not bother to approach us for their treats.

So we got stuck with lots of leftover candies. That’s a good thing though, cause we also had another trick or treat event this evening in our neighborhood, I grabbed some candies from the office to reuse at home. Hehehe.

The funny thing happened though. No kids showed up on our doorstep. But I can hear them from afar going to other people’s homes. Hahaha!

I think because we often come home late these days, they just assumed that there’s no people in our house to give them treats. Besides, the lights in the rooms facing the driveway were off so they didn’t bother to come. Now we’re stuck with a lot of candies here.
