Apple Store finally arrived in the Philippines
You must’ve known this already but if not, well the Apple Store has finally hit our shores. You can buy directly from Apple using our currency and they offer free shipping for orders more than P3,000.
You think this is a sign for me to get an iPod touch? I checked their prices and was surprised that it’s a bit expensive than what they are selling it for in the US. It’s almost $100 more for the 16GB.
For the extra $100 though, you’d get a free laser engraving on it and it will be enclosed in a signature gift box. Not only that but if you buy before November 28, you’d get a gay-ish, hideous, purple t-shirt.
A friend of mine here at the office just brought his 16GB iPod touch for P15,000 (US price) in Mobile1 at Park Square. I think I’m gonna get mine there as well cause you won’t see me wearing such shirt.

I just remembered something. My friend just got his 2nd gen iPod Touch from Charlie of PhilMug for P14k. I’ll verify though but that’s what I think I heard when he told me about it.
calvin: wow good deal yun ah. brand new ba?
gayish, hideous, purple shirt hahaha
what a freebie. and it’s not even an apple shirt.
i’ll check it out in mobile1. i hope they have a deferred payment option
calvin: bong they do but it shoots up to 19k for 16GB pag deferred
Natawa ako sa shirt…hahah!
calvin: hehehe, kahit simpleng black or white shirt lang with the Mac logo ok na eh.
yep, brand new
calvin: contact details naman dyan.
+4k for deferred? whoa!
guess ill have to wait a while and pay in cash na lang
calvin: yeah pero sana they won’t adjust the price now the apple store philippines is online.
Lots of of bloggers not really pleased with this new iPad.There was 2 much hype over it and lots of people got turned off.Quite frankly, I for one see great deal of the cool potential of the gadget. Third-party applications for making music, games, newsprints and magazine and FFS books, all sorts of cool stuff, but IMHO they failed to sell it very well (excluding the books). It looks kinda incomplete
