Like me, I always have an upset stomach whenever I eat foods with bagoong coz I am allergic to that. that's the reason why I only eat bagoong prepared by my dad coz he cooks it well. Also don't eat "maanghang" foods on an empty stomach. <strong>calvin: well doctors said spicy food din as well as softdrinks pero even if i don't eat those sumasakit pa rin eh. they just gave me nexium in case na sumakit ulit.</strong> is it just dairy products? coz it can also be a sign of allergic reaction.
