What if there’s no salary increase for next year?

Due to the global financial crisis, many companies nowadays are searching for ways to cut down costs. Don’t be surprised if management makes a decision to sacrifice annual salary increases to avoid being on the red.
Is this happening to you? Just wait if it’s not hehehe. It’s a sad thing if it would happen since price of goods are not coming down.
If the employees are kids then this might be their reaction if they’re told that they will not be getting any salary increase.
Hahaha, which kid are you if you learned you won’t be getting any increase next year?
But since you’re an adult, do the next best thing.
Walang increashh??
Hahaha now stop whining. Seriously, at least you’re still employed.
