Vacation, vacation, vacation!

This early in the year would be a nice time to look for cheap flights for your summer vacation. Last year my wife and I went to Singapore, Sorsogon, Puerto Galera then finally Hong Kong.

This year my loving wife already finished planning our trip for the first half! So where are we going?

Bohol – February

We’ve been talking about going to Bohol since last year. We were able to book a flight (during one of Cebu Pacific’s promo) and arrange for an accommodation with tour last December. We’re set to leave by February! Can’t wait!

Flight – P2,912 roundtrip for two via Cebu Pacific
Accommodation – P15,000 for 4 days 3 nights inclusive of the tour package (exclusive van) and breakfast

Cebu – April

This was a sudden plan. Our family has a rest house in the northern part of Cebu that is near the beach. The last time I visited the place was about 15 years ago and now it’s been cleaned, renovated and improved.

Luckily our ninong and his family will be visiting during Holy Week. We asked to tag along so we don’t have any problems with land and sea transportation when we get to Cebu. We’ll be gone for 7 days so we’re expecting to get burned. Wooo island hopping and a trip to Bantayan.

I’m excited to go back and see our place again.

Flight – P10,080 roundtrip for two via Philippine Airlines
Accommodation – FREE! Same goes with food and any tours. :)

Boracay – June

Would you believe that I haven’t been to Boracay yet? My wife promised me that she would take me to Boracay this year and while browsing for some cheap fares, she came across a price that we couldn’t resist and quickly booked it.

She then checked some forums to see where’s a good place to stay that’s not quite expensive. We called up Tan’s Guest House located between Station 1 and 2 and got a discount from their price!

Flight – P5,586 roundtrip for two via PAL Express
Accommodation – P1,600 per night inclusive of breakfast (4 days 3 nights)

There goes our vacation leaves! We still have one trip left to plan by December but will have to wait till our VL’s get replenished. Hmmm where to next? I’m thinking of somewhere international.

We didn’t like Dumaluan too much when we were there in September, but it’s not all too bad. :)
