American Idol 8 Top 36 – Group 2 Results
I’m glad that 2 of our Top 3 for this group are those who didn’t get much screen time during Hollywood Week. 16-year old Allison Iraheta and pretty boy Kris Allen who were surprisingly good got in along with the obvious shoo-in, Adam Lambert.
First to advance was Allison Iraheta after she was called by Ryan along with Jesse Langseth and Matt Breitzke. Actually, the three are equally good singers but Allison had the edge based on her performance last night.
AI killed the suspense again when they called in Megan, Kris, Matt and Jeanine. If only Matt didn’t mess up on his song then he would’ve gotten this spot instead of Kris Allen.
So it’s obvious that Adam Lambert will take the last spot and close the show. C’mon, pair him up with Nick Mitchell for the final spot?
My top 3 contestants from this group who will probably go to the Wild Card round are: Matt Giraud, Megan Corkrey and Matt Breitzke.
