Jenisis Samoranos made it through Round 1 of Hollywood Week
Earlier today was the start of “Hell Week” of American Idol Season 8 where 147 of the contestants were trimmed down to 104. Fortunately, our very own Jenisis Samoranos made it through!
Although her performance wasn’t shown and neither did we saw the group she’s with, we found her in a good mood near the end of the show.
I haven’t seen the episode but according to my source (Crish), she was there for the group sing that will be shown tomorrow. However, it looked like that she was disappointed at her group’s performance so let’s just keep our fingers cross that she would still make it through.
Other notable contestants who made it through round 1 are Katrina “Bikini Girl” Darrell, my vote Danny Gokey and his friend Jamar Rogers, blind man Scott MacIntyre, the annoying Von Smith, Michael Castro, Adam Lambert, Anoop Desai and rocker chick Emily Hughes who almost blew it after changing her song the last minute.

i saw her on the sidelines waiting for her line to go on stage. I didn’t get to see this part of the clip. I hope she makes the cut when it’s time for group performances.
