Congratulations Quest Crew for winning ABDC 3
I’ve been watching America’s Best Dance Crew on TV (first season) and also following season 3 on MTV.com. I’m so glad my bet for this season, Quest Crew, won it all against the all-girl crew, Beat Freaks.
Here’s a video of what I think is their best performance (week 7) on the show that propelled them to the top.
The challenge for that week is the Hip Hop Decathalon where they have to incorporate different hip hop styles (waving, threading, tutting, krumping, house, etc.) on their dance. The tutting part was sick!

Did you know there’s a Filipino in Quest Crew?
Yup, Ryan Conferido, their pianist and master threader is a Filipino-American bboy who was one of the finalists in the first season of So You Think You Can Dance before starting Quest Crew.
Dominic “D-Trix” Sandoval, their charismatic member (he did those “air flares” on his elbow) on the other hand is a Filipino-Chinese—Latin-American bboy. He was in season 3’s So You Think You Can Dance before joining Quest Crew.

I love Quest Crew. They are so creative and brilliant in general. They are pretty cute as well. They make me want to go back to Asia (I was born in Vietnam.) and find some guys like them. D-TRIX is too cute!!!! They are amazing dancers of course. I can’t get enough of them!!!
calvin: yeah!! i hope they do a season 5 showdown next year for the winners of seasons 1, 2, 3 and would-be winners of season 4. they’re just too entertaining.
