Fast & Furious movie review
One of the highly anticipated action film this summer, Fast & Furious is the fourth movie we got from this action-packed series. It should not be confused with the first one titled “The Fast and the Furious”.
Actually, this 4th installment is really the 3rd in the series. It’s a prequel of Tokyo Drift so don’t be surprised if you see Han (the Jap racer who was killed in Tokyo Drift) on the first scene. Thanks Mik.
Anyway in this movie, the four main characters are back. Paul Walker as Brian O’Connor is back with the FBI. Vin Diesel as Dom Toretto and his sister Mia (Jordana Brewster) is also here as well as Michelle Rodriguez as Letty, Dom’s girlfriend. There’s a new girl here who’s really smoking hot that is worth mentioning, the beautiful Israeli Gal Gadot.
Basically without giving away too much, the plot here is Dom and Brian have their own agenda in getting to this Mexican drug lord but eventually, they had to work together when things went awry. Not much of a story since what you’re after are the cars, stunts and lots of action.
The first scene where Dom and his crew stole cargo from a fuel tanker was really intense and set the pace for the whole movie. They also used GPS a lot here which made things look like a video game (Need For Speed Undercover anyone?) but still looked cool. Lots of action as usual, from the street racing to that chase inside the Mexi-Cali border tunnel. Is that tunnel for real?
Verdict: 4 out of 5 stars. The gang is back and it’s a fun ride! If you want to just relax and follow the action then you won’t be disappointed with this one. But don’t expect much of a story or award winning acting.
If you didn’t enjoy this movie, leave a comment and let us know why.

Basta nandun si Vin Diesel, kumpleto ang kahit anong The Fast and The Furious movie.
The tunnel/cave chase actually made me remember my PSP game, Cars (The Pixar film). Parehong pareho sila.
calvin: hehe, yung street chase parang nFS undercover. iilaw pa talaga yung tamang daan.
