My favorite act in this year’s Britain’s Got Talent, Stavros Flatley, got the top votes for their group in the semi-final round for  a spot in the finals. Demitri and his son Lagi are back and this time they were joined by friends for a funny Zorba the Greek dance routine.

You really can’t help but love the father and son act who captured the hearts of the three judges and the rest of Britain. They’re not much of a dancer but they are really charming. I can’t stop grinning like an idiot while watching them. I’m so happy that they get another chance to perform in the show.

“I just love love love love love love you. If people don’t vote for you they’re insane.”, says judge Amanda.

“It’s incredibly infectious and I think the finals would be a worse place without you two.”, says Simon.

Also joining them in the finals is 12-year old Shaheen Jafargholi. The little boy with the big voice delivered a powerful (but a bit stiff) performance of Jennifer Hudson’s difficult song And I Am Telling You. I’m still not impressed though. His face is void of any emotions has he sings like he’s too conscious in having the right lyrics.

It was another weak group as there were no more who could quite challenge the two finalists for their spot. Nobody else from this group is worth watching.
