Change the “iPod” text in your iPod Touch
Posted on July 17th, 2009 by Calvin
Have you ever wondered if you could change that “iPod” text located on the top bar of your iPod Touch? It’s called the carrier text because for iPhones it will display the telco you’re subscribed to.

Well you can change that text into your name or any other word with a jailbroken iPod Touch. All you need is an app called Make It Mine.
Here’s how to set it up:
1. Go to Cydia
2. Go to Search and look for “make it mine”

3. Go ahead and install it.

4. Once you’re done exit Cydia and you will see the MiM app.

5. Key in your text and choose Carrier.

That’s it! You just personalized your iPod Touch even more.

Lol in the app and in the picture it says leave it blank and touch banner and carrier to change back to original settings
I really would like to see the file this program modifies so I can use it without the application. Much appreciated.
