Bedrock Spa anyone?
Heard of a spa called “Bedrock Spa”?
I seldom go to spas because I find them expensive and if I ever want to rest, I’d spend it at home on my comfy bed enjoying a movie or two with my wife.
Anyway, we got this gift certificates to try out Ganban Bedrock Spa & Oxygen Bar. There’s no massage here. We just lying down a bed of black silica polished stones that are said to emit negative ions that warm the body from the inside to help eliminate wastes.
Other benefits of Black Silica rock-bathing would be:
- Improve immune system and blood circulation
- Helps in detoxification
- Speeds metabolish and weight loss (I like!)
- Heal skin rashes and allergies
- Alleviates insomnia
- Relieve nerve and joint pains
Ganban Bedrock Spa & Oxygen Bar is he first wellness spa here in the Philippines to use heated black silica bedrock which originates from some mountains in Japan. Maybe something that Naruto would enjoy. Hehe.
