to bad, the old method was discontinued. I was looking for it at passport.com.ph and I thought I had the wrong URL. wooooooot! O__O

Thanks Calvin. I did call their hotlilne hindi na nga raw sila gumagawa noon. Kung alam ko lang na tampered passport ko after Ondoy sana na experience ko yang service na yan.

Hi Lian, i just checked their site and mukhang hindi na ginagawa itong pickup/delivery method. you have to go there to submit your application like normal.

I haven’t been to the new DFA office so hindi ko talaga alam how it goes there sorry.

Hi Calvin, my passport is damaged by Ondoy and i have to go somewhere this Aug 2010. Want to ask if this pick up think still applies up to now? or nagbago na policy nila?

If I do have chaperon is he/she allowed to stay inside the building?

naku di ho ako nag-aasikaso ng mga passport. simpleng mamamayan lang ako. pero tama ka kelangan ng appearance pag lost passport.

Hi.. Ask q lang qng nag aaus din kau ng loss passport? Kc teleserve website is always out. I cant ask any question tuloy.

Hi pwede na magparenew kahit mtagal pa expiry. Not sure about birth cert though
