This is the second part of my Subic adventure. The first half of the day is spent on the Tree Top Adventure which you can see here. We went to Ocean Adventure in the afternoon.

Beach Encounter at the Ocean Adventure

Ocean Adventure is a marine park with different shows and attractions. One of the cool things you can do here is the close encounter with the different marine animals.

We only did the Beach Encounter (Php 2800) where you will be in shallow waters on a cordoned portion of the beach to get up close and personal with the dolphins or the false killer whale (if he’s in the mood).

There is always a trainer assigned per dolphin who will instruct you on what you can do. This encounter is a wonderful photo opportunity you can have with the dolphins.

You can feed, touch, pet and even kiss the dolphin. They’re pretty obedient and harmless and a bit playful sometimes. Unfortunately, you can’t swim with them in this encounter. Maybe go for the swim encounter instead.

It’s great to use a waterproof camera like the Olympus Tough 8000 here so you can take shots from the middle of the water instead of from the beach without the fear of getting it wet.

After walking back to Camayan Beach Resort, we ate some merienda and got ready for our departure.
