Tutti Frutti, a new style in frozen yogurt

Last Sunday, my wife and I along with my sister went to Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt while we’re at SM Megamall. I think Megamall has the most number of froyo in one spot.

Tutti Frutti

Anyway, Tutti Frutti is not your usual froyo place. The only thing their attendant will do is answer your questions and compute the cost of your froyo. Tutti Frutti is a self-serve froyo parlor.

Tutti Frutti

You will be the one to serve your own froyo including all the toppings that you want. When you’re done, they will weigh it in and compute your bill. It’s P19 per oz.

Tutti Frutti

Aside from being self-serve, Tutti Frutti is the only froyo place I know which has quite a number of flavored froyo. They have 4 soft-serve stations having 8 different flavors. Peanut butter froyo? Taro froyo? You can also mix and match those flavors if you want a wild taste.

Tutti Frutti

They also have a variety of toppings you can think of. From candies, mallows, cereals, nuts to fruits and also caramel and chocolate sauce.

I was looking for the Tutti Frutti flavor which is a blend of strawberry, mango and peach but they removed it so I went with the original flavor instead. I only put crushed graham as my topping because it’s like free topping having little to no weight. Hehehe.

Tutti Frutti

Forgive my ugly-looking froyo but to give you an idea on their amount of serving to price ratio, this one costs P91.

It’s a really nice place if you want to try out different flavored froyos. Or if you want to make your own style of froyo like having 5 layers with different flavors each. There’s not much difference with the taste, consistency and texture compared to that of red mango.

Tutti Frutti

The only drawback here is that you can’t return a portion of the serving in case you’ve overdone it. Go at it slowly. Have it weighed and go back if you want to add more. Oh if the Tutti Frutti flavor is back, try that one!
