Yannie’s Charging Station can be a nice gift this Christmas
Don’t you hate the sight of your power strip with all those chargers and cables twisting everywhere while accumulating dust? You might be interested in getting one of these DIY-ish charging station for yourself or for someone this Christmas.

Yannie’s Charging Station looks like a tissue box and will blend well on desks, living room or even the bedroom.
The top can be flipped open to house your power strip and chargers. It can hold up to three gadgets with the right cluster being bigger than the others to accommodate larger gadgets such as cameras, PSP, Nintendo DS, etc.
You can also use the rightmost slot for pens and other office supplies if you don’t need three charging slots on your desk.
There’s no power strip included so it’s up to you to buy your own. If you’re going to buy one, I suggest you bring this box so you could check how it fits.

It may look empty with the power strip inside but if you start putting in your chargers…

Yeah, it will look really cramped especially for those chargers with adaptors included like my PSP’s charger. I also suggest plugging in a USB adaptor so you can easily charge your iPods, cameras and other USB powered devices.

If you want to order, please contact Yannie at 0917-7926129 or e-mail her at yanniedelcorro@yahoo.com.

It comes in black, brown and beige colors depending on your upholstery. Hehehe.
The price for each is P600 (free delivery inside Metro Manila) but if you get 5 for your bazaar or something, it’s only P550 apiece. Payment can be COD or through bank. Just contact Yannie for bank details.
If you think that’s expensive, those gorgeous looking charging stations like BlueLounge’s Sanctuary costs almost Php7,000.
If you have ideas to further improve this charging station, let us know on your comments.

very nice idea.
ang mahal nung version sa BL ha!
a suggestion could be to get the back portion of the box more ventilation. all the heat from the chargers might cause problems.
Ah. I smell DIY.
