Jovit Baldivino heavily favored to win Pilipinas Got Talent
If you don’t follow Pilipinas Got Talent that much (like me), then at least you better check out what 16-year old Jovit Baldivino from Batangas can do.
A lot of people got goosebumps the instant he belted out those first lines. Reminds you of a certain Filipino singer who’s now part of Journey eh? Even without his story which PGT is making a big deal of, a lot of people would still vote for this kid for his talent alone.
I would expect Jovit to win this competition similar to how Paul Potts took everyone by storm from the first Britain’s Got Talent. An amazing voice coming out of an unassuming and humble person will go the distance in a talent show. Let’s hear some more of those Steve Perry-esque voice in the upcoming rounds shall we?
Next time, let the kid sing by himself ok Miss Ai-ai?

nkakapanood ako ng PGT but i think i missed this episode with jovit. Just saw him sa you tube (kulit ng boss nmin, knina pa nya ibinibida contestant na’to) & tlgang magaling…natural singer w/o arte & all. Plus factor pa ung pagiging humble & simple nya, naluha ako promise!

hahaha nakita ko nga. astig sila pero la na akong maisip na ibang sayaw na ok sa kanila for the next round. kung kaya sana nilang mag popping. hahaha.
He is great!…I don’t watch Pilipinas Got Talent either and it’s the first time I’ve seen this guy sing..WOW!
