Got a Canon EOS 5D Mark III package, oh my!
Look what I got on the mail a couple of weeks ago from Canon Philippines as a late holiday present.
It’s the Canon EOS 5D Mark III DSLR along with an EF 24 – 105 mm kit lens! Yes, I couldn’t believe it either!
The 5D Mark III is Canon’s latest DSLR announced last year having a 22MP full-frame sensor and features a 61-point AF system. Despite its large sensor, it’s still mid-size but with a magnesium alloy body.
Not only that, the package comes with one of Canon’s best general purpose lens, the EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM. 24mm is already very wide on a full-frame DSLR and being an L-series lens, this one’s solidly built with amazing optical quality.
Finally, detaching the lens allows you to plug it to your PC’s USB port for 8GB of storage. =) Now how cool is that? Hehehe. Thanks Canon!
