Calvin, thank you for the post! Here’s how I was able to accomplish this:

* Downloaded the MegaUpload file

* Copied ANTIWPA.DLL to C:\Windows\System32

* AVG Anti-Virus complained that ANTIWPA.DLL was spyware. So I added this file to AVG’s Resident Shield > Excluded Files list.

* In Command Prompt entered: regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\antiwpa.dll

* Verified using Run command: oobe/msoobe /a (Success!)

* Verified #2: Rebooted PC and in BIOS changed the system clock to 3 months into the future. Rebooted. (Success!)

Everything worked as you have tipped. I hope this helps someone.

this is just so ridiculous..the package is just 2 lbs.. ka-chorvang customs yan…buti sana kung may napupuntahan ang binabayad na tax eh…may nagreport n b nito sa tv?? sa xxx kaya.?? hehe…naku election p naman..mas matinding corruption yan..the problem with people kasi is they just give in coz they dont have the choice but to pay to have the package kaya namihasa sila..grabe talaga..i just cant imagine im paying almost $140..it’s just too much…

same here..my mom sent me a necklace and they’re charging me P6428.00..i havent got it yet coz i dont have money..that’s so insane..i wonder if it’s better to not accept it and let them return it to the US..they’re robbing people off..
